Julie Ferguson is a consultant and partner for credit unions looking to enhance their business development efforts and drive transformative growth. She is the founder of JRF Consulting Services, established in 2009, specializing in training and strategy for the business development field. Before starting her business, Julie served as Director of Business Development for First Tech Federal Credit Union.
Julie organizes the annual BD NOW Innovation Summit, a unique event held in distinctive locations across the country. Focused on the future of business development, the summit brings together professionals to share cutting-edge strategies, innovative ideas, and success stories, fostering a collaborative environment for growth and innovation. She also hosts The BD NOW Channel, a video blog designed to inspire new ideas in the business development field.
